My corp is still searching for our ever elusive C3 to call home. We’ve gotten bored of this old C2. One thing we have discovered is that people really need to start cleaning up their WH’s as we keep finding dead POS’ and plenty of Anoms to farm off of.. but no PvP to speak of. Gordon is a sad panda due to lack of PvP.

So, I haven’t been that active lately but things in our regions WH space dont seem to be stirring that much. Mainly just scouting out the low sec statics and popping out to harass the local pirates of whatever system I happen into.

So my character got stuck about 30 jumps from home and worked my way to the wormhole’s high sec static. After i hop through and about about to warp to the nearest gate, an Orca appeared by my ship. As I do a Show Info on the pilot, I find he is with a corp that is part of Space Weaponry and Trade(SWAT). I open convo, asking him about SWAT and how it has been doing. It seems they changed leadership and are going through a rough patch at the moment. I noticed my old corp wasn’t part of SWAT anymore I ask a few question about the wormhole and cut convo. It was kinda disappointing to find my old corp gone but goes to show that as vast as EVE may be, it’s a small world out there.

So the corp scouts went out and found a C2 with quite the number of combat sites. They began to form the usual fleet we use when I had either an epiphany or a stroke. I somehow made the decision that while everyone was using Hurricanes and Drakes I would go into the combat sites with a Rifter. Yes thats right, a mother f’in Rifter. The rest of my corp mates were curious how my passive shield AB Rifter would hold up in a site where the AI primaries you and you see a decent of volleys stream in from 70+km out. Common sense would say a frig would die too easily hence everyone using Battlecruisers… but low and behold everyone including my self is amazed as my little Rifter tanks the entire first spawn of 6Frigs 4Cruisers and 1BS. My joy continues as I make it through the rest of the combat site without the tank ever breaking. Next step, replace the scram with a web,(yeah all I did was fly my pvp fit rifter in xD) and something to replace the high-slot seeing as nuets are useless on sleepers.
I’m willing to bet it was a stroke.
